Wireless electricity and internet is the way to go. No need for untangling cables or figuring which wire goes in what plug. Someday I hope this is a reality.

It will be nice to live in a world with less (or even no) power cables. My house will be less cluttered for sure. And I’m sure people will invent new devices never before possible.

Nikola Telsa claimed that electrical energy could be broadcast over long distance. Imagine having a central “radio” station in a town that would provide power to every house’s power receiver within range.

I know exactly how you mean. I travel alot and Ive been really working to take less. It’s nuts when you need to pack an extra bag for all your cords, chargers, and stuff. Sometimes, I’ve had to resort to unplugging appliances in the hotel room and I have stuff all over the place charging…not to mention forgetting stuff too!

Nice post..we should all try to save energy and extend the life of the batteries we use. Small things such as dimmering the screen brightness on your notebook or take out the battery pack if you don’t use it for an extended period of time will make your battery last longer… The more adventurous can install a solar battery bank or travel the world in a golf cart as golf cart batteries can store a lot of energy.
